Game crash in Throne of Bhaal

It's a Petsy NPC romance mod issue and it happens after I leave the Pocket Plane to go to Saradush for the first time. After fighting the guards, speaking to Mellisan, Petsy asks me to marry, I say yes, she gives me a fork, I tell her I love her and then it just hangs and ends up crashing.

I seem to recall reading something about this a while ago, but I can't find it now.
