Looking for a certain mod

All I remember was that you bought an Item from ribald? And you would find this guy inside the item and he was a npc that could join you.

Seem to remember he had a "tortured" in the name of the mod, but I'm not totally sure.

I remember also to have found him near a tomb, but maybe I'm wrong.
