Help! Which NPC-mod allows Charname to either free him, or keep him as his own slave?

I KNOW I have read about it somewhere and thought I could give the evil version of this mod a try, but now I can't remember the name and google is not overly helpful... I don't think it is Arath, is it?

Does anyone know?
