[Request] All Strongholds Mod

For Vanilla Shadows of Amn, there's a mod called BG2 Tweak Pack that annoyingly changes a lot of things but among the many things it annoyingly changes it also does something awesome, it removes the limit on the number of strongholds you can acquire, so that if you multi-classed or duel classed you could pick up a stronghold for every class. In multiplayer, by using an export import trick, you could even have every stronghold.

And I think there this particular mod may have been the one that removed class restrictions, so a Paladin could run the Thieves Guild without the export import trick, but I'm not sure if this is the same mod. I know it's not very RP, but it's nice to have no restrictions sometimes.

One of the incredibly annoying things about Enhanced Edition is that they moved everything arbitrarily and now it's impossible to install mods like that. So basically, can someone make a mod, or give instructions to make a mod, or give instructions to install a mod on EE, that unlocks multiple strongholds?
