Remove buttons from the hoykey bar

Hi! Someone knows a way to remove buttons from the hoytkey bar and add others? Specificaly, I want to play a Cleric without Turn Undead and without the 3 hotkey buttons (potions etc). Removing those 4 slots would make more free space that I would like to use as hotkey magic. U know, right click and u choose a spell.

I know how to disable buttons with the EE Keeper (like the Inquisitor disabling Turn undead) but how to remove the button and add other buttons?
