Evil NPC Mods?

Hello.
As topic says. I am planning to do an evil playthrough soon. As much as i enjoyed original NPCs from Bioware i already have made an evil playthrough more than once so this time i am looking forward some new faces to make things interesting. I'd be grateful for some mod suggestions, ideally the ones compatible with 2.5 patch... If any.
