SCS, ATweaks and P&P Celestials

Hi everyone,

Are there any users of a combo of these 3 mods? What's the right install order and compatible pieces?

I tried making an install with the latest version of EE, and P&P celestials didn't install properly (no new abilities/behaviour) and I don't think SCS fiends are working properly either.
