[Mod] Dee Summoning Spell

We've summoned @Dee since he changed his name from Aosaw to Dee, but when we do so we don't have any type of style. To make this a little bit more stylish, I created a spell to summon him, the mod works with BG2 and BG2:EE only, because of the groundhog animation. You can buy Lazarus Librarus a scroll, if you didn't in Saradush you'll have the opportunity to do so in Amhekatarhan. As its works in BG2 and BG2:EE too, its a simple mod, it only adds a few thingies, it shouldn't cause trouble with other mods unless they use the files 25SPELL.STO and 25SPELL2.STO.
