Question about BG_2 Tweaks.

I used the mod install order listed on this site and when I got to BG_2 Tweaks I tried to install some features that would allow Thieves and Mages to use heavy armor with some penalties. The mod did not install correctly, I don't really need the mod though. My main concern is now every peace of armor when I click on it says something like Invalid: 105647 for Splint Mail Armor as an example. I have two questions. One did me trying to install the armor mods in BG_2 Tweaks cause the Invalid: 105647 and secondly how big of a problem is this in my game. Also is it acceptable to just rerun the setup-bg_2tweaks.exe and make changes to some things without uninstalling it or any other mods first? I would greatly appreciate any insight in these matters, thanks.
