How Do I Install Sword Coast Stratagems for BG:EE Mac OS X?

Okay, so I've tried to navigate these forums becoming very confused in the process of trying to install SCS for Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition for Mac OS X.

I don't know anything about terminals, perl, WeiDU or Mac Mod Installers. Please help! Is there a fleshed out step-to-step guide somewhere? Thanks!
