Mod request: Quiver of Normal Arrows (and bolts/bullets)

I would very much like to see a Quiver of Normal Arrows (or actually a few), Normal Bolts and Normal Bullets.
For me this is simply an ease of use-item, and nothing else.

Available early on, either Easthaven or Kuldahar at a reasonable price.

Much appreciated if a modder would like to do this!
