BG2 Tweakpack install errors

The first one comes when I try to install [More Interjections]. It starts patching some files then says:
ERROR: cannot resolve trigger 0x40de
ERROR: [AR4401.BCS] -> [override/AR4401.BCS] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found)
Stopping installation because of error.
It then proceeds to roll back to before installing [More Interjections].

I then get a similar error on installing [No Restrictions (Baldurdash)] [v16] for [Multiple Strongholdrs (Baldurdash)]:
ERROR: cannot resolve trigger 0x40de
ERROR: [AR0900.BCS] -> [override] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found)
Stopping installation because of error.
It then to proceeds to also roll back before installing this component. The [Keep Class Restrictions] version installs fine.

Once again, I get a similar error when installing [NPCs Don't Fight]:
ERROR: cannot resolve trigger 0x40dc
ERROR: [dorn.BCS] -> [override] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found)
Stopping installation because of error.
Once again, it rolls back.

And lastly, once more with [Romance Cheats]:
Once again, I get a similar error when installing [NPCs Don't Fight]:
ERROR: cannot resolve trigger 0x40dc
ERROR: [Dorn.BCS] -> [override] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found)
Stopping installation because of error.
And once more it rolls back.



Anyone know what the deal is?
