Trolls - Unconscious on Demand

As I suggested elsewhere(http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/592657#Comment_592657), this mod should force trolls to drop unconscious immediately upon any hit that drops their hit points to 1. It will only work with IWDEE and BG2EE, and only for trolls that use the new contingency-based trigger, those still using the old script-based trigger will not change.
