Mod Request: Loremaster bard kit

Heya!

Guys , I was wondering of anyone would be interested in making a loremaster bard kit. It is indeed quite simple:

Requirements:
Normal bardic attributes
Int 14, wis 14

Advantages:
-Memorizes spells as if he were one level above (starts at level 1)
-Normal lore value (it is already quite high, isn't it? )
Disavantages:
-Limited to mage weapon proficiencies and weapon styles.
-Half Pick Pockets penalty.

Et voila! A simple kit great roleplaying value and combat effectiveness (more spells) without being too overpowered. What do you think, ia it doableand would anyone be interested in creating it?
