Area modding with Near Infinity?

As per title, I'm looking into learning on how to mod in new areas into the BG games. I searched around and found a guide on how to do this in dltcep but because of help I did on another mod project I've become much more familiar with NearInfinity and was wondering if it has any of the capabilities as dltcep. If so, does anyone know if there's a guide online on how to do some area modding?
