BGEE/SOD Abilities Button at Level-Up

I was wondering if anyone knew how to add "Abilities" button (the one you use to choose HLAs during level-up) to the BGEE/SoD levelup screen.

Alternatively, would it be possible for the UI to sometimes, upon conclusion of a level-up, send the character to the Sorcerer spell selection menu instead of completing?
