RR for BGEE

This is RR v4.60 packaged for BGEE. The batch file/shell script assumes installation in English. If you would like to install to a different language, open the batch file/shell script, delete the first line, uncomment the second line and adjust the paths if necessary (they come set for French). The exception is if you would like to install to the Czech language files, in which case you are better off just altering the paths in the first line, since Czech does not have a dialogf.tlk.
