[Modding Question]What is to correct way to set the sorcerer spells

i have to give a sourcerer the spells & memorized EVERY spell and set the memorizedSpells/max Spells memorizabel on example to 3/3 (i use DLTCEP). But ingame the sourcerer has to rest once before he/she can use the spells.

So my Question is how is the right way to give a sourcerer the spells, so that he/she can use the spells immediately.
