Problem with new entries while modding

Hi again. Another problem arises.

I tried many times to rename my items, creatures and descriptions with new entries. It saves them with DLTCEP, but once i test my mod, all those entries are wiped out and many entries becomes downright wrong. Is that linked to the Setup.tra? Is there a step i missed?
