This is an Applescript app for easy, double-click launching of WeiDU on OS X. FYI this is basically a beta - if something doesn't work, let me know and we can improve it. Here's the download link:

HOW TO USE THIS - FOR MODDERS: You don't really need to do anything. If you want to include Mac WeiDU with your mod, that's great (follow WeiDU naming and file structure conventions, or just name the Mac version "WeiDU" with no extension). If you want to include this app with your mod go ahead, you have my blessing. But this is designed to work with mods the way they already are.
HOW TO USE THIS - FOR PLAYERS: First, find your BGEE "Resources" folder. See this thread:
http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/16334/installing-mods-in-osx-a-quick-tutorial
Usually, your install is at Applications/Baldur's Gate-EE/Game Data/00777/. You should see an app there, named "Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition." Right-click on that, choose "show package contents," and go into /Contents/Resources/. This is where you want do mod installation. Put this app there.
Next, you want a copy of the Mac version of WeiDU. I think the latest version is here:

Generally, you should give props to @Wisp and @Minevese and @Nifft for all the work they've done getting WeiDU to work for Mac users. This should be named simply "WeiDU" with no extension, and should also be put in the Resources folder.
Finally, you need some mods. You want to copy everything from a mod download archive, except the .exe file, to your Resources folder.
Then, just double-click this installer app. If you haven't installed any mods yet, it will ask you the language you play the game in.*
Then you can choose which mod to install from all the mods you've downloaded. (Careful about the order you install mods in! This app doesn't handle that for you.) It will open up the Terminal and start the WeiDU installer for that mod. From here you just follow the prompts, like in Windows.
* Mods will then be installed in the chosen language only - if you change the language later inside the game, a bunch of text will be messed up. So be careful. (If you make the wrong choice or want to change later, delete "dialog.tlk" in your Resources folder and run the app again... you will then need to re-install any mods you've installed earlier.)
