Request: Improve Aganazzar's Scorcher graphic

Many of the worst spell graphics were improved in EE but the Aganazzar's Scorcher graphic was unfortunately made worse.

It was always awkward due to the incremental design.

Now it looks soft and not even flaming.

Please could someone create a replacement?
