How to change the colors of spell's animation? _PRO-files.

Hello everyone,
Couldn't you explain, please, if it is possible to recolor spell's animation in simple programms, such as DLTCP?
As i understood, animations of spells are files with _PRO extensions. I managed to change the color of animation
in DLTCP, but it can only be saved as BAM-file((.
