Orcs and goblins in BGEE base game?

Is there a mod, or a way to make it on my own (in easy way), that add orcs'n'goblins into base BGEE version (no SoD, where they actually are)? Or a mod/a way to make it on my own to replace some creatures (xvarts, tasloi for ex.) with goblins'n'orcs?
