The uncertainty about if there is going to even be a bg2ee, has prompted me want to play bg2 again.
But this time I wanted to do things a bit differently. And since I have just finished bgee with Dorn in my party I wanted to make a NPC that I could bring along that is as close to dorn as I can get.
I have installed a mod that adds Blackguard as a playable class, used SK to change his stats and race appropriately (as this mod only allowed humans to be Blackguard and not Half-orc)
The only thing I am having trouble with now is that I would like to get dorns basic Voice Set from Bgee. I have looked on the net and these forums and haven’t found anything on how to extract them (unless im just searching for the wrong key words and it IS there) So any help or advice would be great.
On a related question there were some new items/spells that I liked from Bgee that I have extracted using SK and placed them in the BG2 override file. Most items worked that I added such as Wrath Form Scroll/spell. I would get the correct icon, txt and spell effect when used.
However doing the same thing with Dorns weapon Rancor + 1, has a missing icon, the txt when identified is gibberish. And if you attempt to equip it the game crashes. Also another example is the cursed belt of hill giant strength works functionally with no issues. It has an icon and the equipped stats change (in this case I want to give it to jaheira) But the txt again is gibberish.
