Near Infinity - Adding Spell to Familiar

Hi guys. Can I add a spell to my familiar with NI? I think I know how to add the spell as a "known spell" but I'm not sure how to edit the "spell memorization" in the CRE file. In short, how do I add a spell and make it accessible to the familiar in-game? So far, I (think I) know how to: 1. Locate the correct CRE file. 2. Make a backup of the CRE file. 3. Locate the stats and identify the correct panels to edit. That's pretty much it, thanks.
