Watcher's Keep Disappeared?!?!?

I used BWS to set-up a heavily modded EE Trilogy game. One of the mods removed Watcher's Keep and spread some of its items elsewhere. Can anyone tell me what mod get rid of Watcher's Keep so on my next mod install I can avoid it? Darkest Day? Sandrah Saga? Some other Mega Mod? Any help would be much appreciated.
