aTweaks

Does anyone know of a location for aTweaks besides ShS? That one is broken, (my computer says it contains a virus). Regardless, I can't use it and seem to recall running into this last time I started a new game. It's a fantastic mod - if I can find one to upload. Any help is appreciated. CT
