Any mod to prevent item destruction?

Hi! ToBex did this, but it's unavailable for EE. I basically avoid things in the game to prevent this from happening. I'd love to use blackrazor and ice storm, but I don't want to lose items!

Are there 1) any mods that remove item destruction from disintegrate, freezing, level drain, etc. that work on EE?

Or 2) can I just use near infinity to change these spell effects in my install? ... and how would I go about doing so?

Any help or info is appreciated!
