does a randomize weapon profiencies mod exist?

I've been a longtime player of Baldur's Gate, and i always pick the same weapons, because of the npc's proficienceis, so i played with the though of a randomized wepaon game, imagine Minsc dual-wielding daggers, or Khalid being a crossbow specialist, kagain being a sword and shield scimitar wielder, and Shar-Teel being a Quarterstaff champion.

So shortly said, does a mod like that exist?
