Here is a Beta of a sub-race kit. If you want an Elf subrace start with Elf. If you want a Dwarf subrace start with ....

It also imparts the radiance needed to keep the innate abilities of creatures from the Underdark for extended periods. These spectacles become part of the wearer and cannot be removed until returning to the Underdark.

Please feel free to comment on changes to these races, the addition of new ones, and of course any errors that may be included. The information is all from 2nd Edition books, so it should be close. There are some obvious omissions, as I haven't figured out how they should be implemented (ideas welcome).
I would also like to know if it is safe to append the RACE.IDS from 216-254 with new race ID's. This would allow more customization going forward.
